About Me

I would like to be your attorney

I began my career in a busy general practice firm in Grayling, Michigan. After several years in private practice, I was asked to join the prosecutor’s office in Otsego County as an assistant prosecutor. Visiting family in Vassar I fell in love with this quaint small town. Pieces fell into place, and I joined the community in 1994 and opened my office.

Education

  • Graduated from University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree
  • Graduated from The Detroit College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree
  • Admitted to State Bar of Michigan November 15, 1990

I think it is important that you understand a little about me.

I was raised in the suburbs of Detroit in a blue collar family. I was lucky to be raised by parents that taught me to work hard and never expect a hand out.   Honesty and integrity were instilled in me.

I live in a historic home in Vassar that I have been restoring for the past 20 years. I am a member, of the Vassar Historical Society, and its former president. The charm of Vassar is its historic buildings.

I am also a firm advocate of animal rescue, a firm believer in adopting and rescuing animals. I help and donate to various rescue organizations.

I am also a member of the NRA.

The above has shaped me into the attorney I am today.
